A seven‑room, design‑focused boutique hotel in Atami, taking shape inside a 1960s building that has seen the city change more than once. We’re keeping the concrete bones, the frosted glass, and the way the stairwell light moves through the day — the parts that already know what they’re doing — and adding what belongs.

On the ground floor, Bar Taki sets the tone: records at night, sweets during the day. Next door, our kissaten brings morning pour‑overs, afternoon espresso, the kind of atmosphere Atami has always been good at. Together they form the heart of the THE LAYER | ATAMI, open to anyone passing through town.
