At Atami Station:
When you arrive at Atami Station, exit the main gate and look for the taxi to the left. Some taxis only accept cash.
Taxis
When you leave the house, please call a taxi using Uber or GOTaxi. You can move the pickup location pin to the front or back of the house, depending on what is easy for you.
The house is an 8-10 minute drive from Atami Station.
It is a 3-minute drive from Kinomiya Station (or a 15-minute walk).
You can show this to the taxi driver:

ENTERING THE HOUSE FROM THE FRONT GATE
After heading up the hill for a few minutes, you will see a red house. Ask the taxi driver to drop you here. This house is directly across the street from the gate to Atami Garden House

You can see the house address: 31-3. Slide open the gate (right to left) to reach the front door to the house.

The lock is in the middle. The door on the left is fixed and will NOT open. The door on the right slide open (slide right).
ENTERING THE HOUSE FROM THE BACK GATE
After heading up the hill for a few minutes, you will see a red house. This where you turn right.
Turn right onto this street.
Continue for 50 meters, following the curve left.
Follow the curve and turn left.
About 20 meters after turning left, the gate to the house will be on the left.

Enter the gate and cross over the footbridge.
Turn right down the path.
Turn left.
You will see the side door.
Please unlock the door using the lock on the left.
The nearest 24-hour paid parking lot is near Kinomiya Station, which is a 13-minute walk to the house.

There are also typically taxis at Kinomiya Station. It will be a 3-4 minute taxi ride and cost about ¥600-700.
If no taxis are available, please call a taxi using the Uber or GOTaxi apps.
There are several smaller parking lots around the neighborhood, though this lot is the best option as it is open 24-hours and is large enough to have guaranteed available parking.
